“It's instant art – that's probably my favourite part of photography. And, then, you can embellish or manipulate as much or as little as you like.”
Laura has been involved in photography and graphic design casually and professionally for many years.
“I've always loved playing with Photoshop; my college program elaborated on that, and added inDesign and Illustrator to my digital repertoire.”
Images are a significant part of Laura's business, Words & More, and she has a large bank of images to draw from for projects. Her work has appeared on newspaper and magazine covers, including the 100 Mile Free Press and Connector; the Cariboo Advisor; The Other Press; and The Stew Magazine.
